The specifics

What we do to keep your website working

Core covers these foundations. Premium adds monthly hands-on QA, checks after major updates, and deeper technical reviews.

Form functionality & submission review

We check both sides of the inquiry: can someone complete your form, and does their submission actually reach you? We review the form itself, submit test entries, and work with your team to verify delivery.

  • Fields, validation, submit buttons, and confirmation messages
  • Notification emails, intended recipients, and connected systems

CMS upgrades

We handle routine updates to your content management system and plugins, where applicable, and check key functionality afterward. For WordPress sites, that includes core and plugin maintenance.

  • Routine updates and compatibility checks
  • Platform settings, access, and backup health

Uptime & error monitoring

Automated checks help us catch downtime and application errors. We assess urgency, handle minor corrections within the agreed coverage, and flag larger repairs for your approval.

  • Uptime alerts and PHP or JavaScript errors
  • Broken links and failed page requests

Speed monitoring

We track page load times and Core Web Vitals to spot slowdowns. If something changes, we investigate likely causes and recommend the next steps.

  • Loading trends on key pages
  • Images, scripts, and other assets affecting speed

Routine upkeep maintains your existing website. Major upgrades, larger repairs, new features, and content requests are scoped separately before work begins.

A few more details

Choose the right care for your site

We’ll review your website with you, confirm the coverage, and explain any setup work before you get started.

What’s the difference between Core and Premium?

Core starts at $50 per month for smaller sites that change infrequently, with monitoring and quarterly hands-on reviews. Premium is $250 per month and includes everything in Core, plus monthly browser and visual QA, checks after major updates, analytics verification, and quarterly technical SEO, security, and accessibility reviews.

Both include monthly reports. New content, pages, and development work are separate from both plans.

Do I have to buy extra hours?

No. Either maintenance plan works on its own. Monthly hours for content changes, new pages, and other website requests are completely optional and priced separately.

Are small fixes included?

Your plan includes up to two hours of minor corrective work per month for issues discovered through maintenance, shared across your covered websites. Larger repairs receive a separate estimate for approval before work begins. There are no automatic overages.

The corrective allowance maintains existing functionality. New content, pages, and features use separately agreed hours.

Can you maintain a website you didn’t build?

Yes. We review your platform, access, and existing issues before confirming the plan. Any initial cleanup or larger repairs are estimated separately before work begins.

How quickly do you respond to issues?

Critical issues, such as a site outage or broken primary form, are acknowledged within two hours. Other high-visibility issues are acknowledged within one to two business hours, and lower-impact issues within one business day.

Standard support hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The two-hour response outside those hours applies only when after-hours coverage is included in your agreement.

These are acknowledgement times. Resolution may depend on access, your approval, hosting providers, or other third parties.

What is outside the maintenance fee?

Content production, new features and pages, redesigns, migrations, major upgrades, and substantial accessibility or performance remediation are scoped separately. Hosting, software subscriptions, and other third-party fees are also separate.

Vendor-caused outages and after-hours support for non-critical issues are outside the plan. Accessibility reviews do not include certification or compliance guarantees.
